Delivery & Returns Policy

General Deliveries:
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt during 9-5pm UK office hours.

You can expect to receive your order within 5 - 7  working days for mainland UK .

Products with different delivery schedules are noted in their description.

We ship goods using either our own drivers or third party couriers depending on the total weight of an order.

UK Mainland Deliveries are charged at:

Poultrysheds - FREE OF CHARGE.

£75 (On All Marquees)

£150.00 One Off Charge (All Play Houses, Summer Houses, Garden Sheds and Pet Houses - Except Tom & Jerry style - which is £75.00 One Off Charge)

£150.00 includes delivery to anywhere in Mainland UK and actual build on site - Suitable access will be required when delivered.

Fee Delivery is applicable to - All Bean Bags and Gift Vouchers!

Overseas deliveries:

Returns:
If you're not not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange any unused items accompanied with a copy of the purchase receipt.
